Main parts:
1. Feeding system:
Feeding hopper with grizzly screen to block out the big size stones (if needed);
Water spray pipes along the hopper linings for slurrify the soils.
 
2. Clay processing system: (if needed)
Clay scrubber with scrubbing teeth for breaking and washing off the clay.
 
3. Screening system:
Heavy duty mining trommel for washing, screening and separating;
Two sieves for the trommel, inner sieve is 20mm steel bars, outer sieve is customized;
High pressure water spray pipes on both sides of trommel for water spraying.
 
4. Recovery system:
Knelson concentrator + sluice box for fine size gold recovery
Vibrating slucie + sluice box with Mitsubishi carpet for coarse gold recovery
 
5. Water supplying system:
Multiple sets big power submersible slurry pumps;
With all water hose, valves, etc.
 
6. Controlling system:
Control cabinet with buttons to control each equipment and the whole wash plant;
One-man control.
 
7. Power supplying system:
Diesel generator, petrol generator, gas generator, etc
Cummins brand, China Weichai brand, etc
   
8. Mobile system:
Mobile base with heavy duty wheels and towing mechanism.
